Job function

Reporting to the General Manager, Australia, this exciting new role is responsible for driving repeat revenue growth across Asset Recovery services and Product sales and securing new business opportunities across defined territories and key accounts.


The role focuses on identifying opportunities and delivering tailored product and service solutions that achieve revenue objectives and exceed sales targets, while building long-term client relationships that support sustainable growth and customer retention.


A key focus will be scaling and strengthening TXO's Australian entity to mirror the commercial success and market presence achieved across Europe and the US. Through expanding strategic partnerships, increasing market penetration, and developing new revenue streams across Asset Recovery services and Product sales, the role will contribute directly to Australia becoming a key growth market within TXO's global business.


TXO is experiencing rapid growth through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. This role will support the delivery and growth of large-scale, multi-million-dollar agreements with some of the world's leading telecommunications companies, further strengthening TXO's global market position and long-term growth trajectory.


Specific responsibilities

The following outlines the primary areas of responsibility. Additional responsibilities or functions may be required as necessary to support the business.


  • Follow all companies Policies and Procedures including but not limited to Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Information Security.
  • The role is also expected to perform any reasonable requests which are not defined but in the ability of the individual.
  • Drive revenue growth across existing client accounts through Asset Recovery services, Product sales, effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through Asset Recovery services and Product sales through proactive prospecting, relationship management, and sales activity.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and performance objectives across the assigned region and/or portfolio.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term partnerships and recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers' business operations, procurement processes, operational requirements, sustainability objectives, and decision-making structures.
  • Promote and sell the full portfolio of products and solutions, including newly developed customer offerings aligned to client requirements.
  • Manage sales opportunities through to successful closure via telephone, email, virtual engagement, face-to-face meetings, customer presentations, and tender submissions.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of market trends, industry developments, sustainability initiatives, competitor activity, and telecommunications sector dynamics to identify and maximise business commercial opportunities.
  • Own and manage the sales pipeline and forecasting process, ensuring accurate reporting and visibility of opportunities.
  • Deliver detailed and accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, maintaining up-to-date records within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service quality.

  • Demonstrated ability to penetrate large corporate organisations, develop strategic relationships, and successfully execute a "land and expand" sales approach to grow opportunities across multiple business verticals.
  • Proven experience in business-to-business sales and/or business development within Asset Recovery, Product sales, telecommunications, technology lifecycle services, circular economy, or related sectors.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, ability to build relationships, and manage complex sales cycles.
  • You possess strong IT and systems proficiency, including experience using Microsoft Excel and other business software applications.
  • Willingness to travel as required across Australia.
