The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Building Supervisor to lead the delivery, maintenance and operational management of Council's buildings and facilities portfolio.
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing building maintenance programs, facilities operations, contractor coordination and project delivery, while ensuring infrastructure remains safe, compliant and operational for the community.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team including carpenters, electricians and administration staff, providing day-to-day leadership, work allocation, technical guidance and operational oversight. Experience working with QBuild and managing maintenance or capital works programmes will be highly regarded.
This is a predominantly on-site role within a remote community, with some flexibility for occasional work from home arrangements where operationally suitable.
