Roster: Various Rosters FIFO ex. Perth or Local to Port Hedland
Location: Port Hedland – Redmont
Employment Type: Temp – Ongoing

About the role
As a Track Technician, you will assist with the upkeep and repair of rail track infrastructure. You will be responsible for following all safety procedures, maintaining a strong focus on safety, and supporting the team to ensure track operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Skills & experience

• Proven experience as Track Maintenance Technician
• Current valid WA driver’s license
• Cert II Rail Infrastructure
• HR and 4WD Licences and plant tickets (desirable)
• Strong safety focus and team attitude

Duties & responsibilities

• Inspect tracks, sleepers, ballast and turnouts
• Complete rail replacement and sleeper change-outs
• Repair rail fastenings and track defects
• Report defects and support emergency response
• Assist with derailment recovery when required
