About The Role
A well-established national law firm is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join its Dispute Resolution team, providing dedicated support to a senior practitioner on a busy and varied litigation practice.

Key Duties
Prepare litigation documents, correspondence, and court materials
Keep files moving smoothly, managing all stages of matter progression
Arrange filing and service of court documents
Coordinate briefs to Counsel
Engage with clients and external stakeholders
Respond to client queries in a timely and efficient manner
Provide additional assistance across the team during peak workloads
Skills & Experience
Proven background supporting litigation or dispute resolution in private practice (4-5+ years)
Practical understanding of court workflows and filing requirements
Reliable team player who can also operate independently with minimal supervision
Friendly, can-do attitude
