Rostering Officer – Disability (Fixed Term – Full time)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and organised Rostering Officer to support Brightwater’s Disability Services, including our Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) sites. In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate staff rosters to ensure safe, consistent, and person-centred care for clients with complex needs.
Working as part of a centralised rostering team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the right staff are in place at the right time—balancing client needs, workforce availability, and compliance requirements.
This role is being recruited on a permanent part-time basis working 76 hours per fortnight for a 12-month period
