We're looking for a Risk and Compliance Manager to join our Risk team and play a key role in strengthening risk management and compliance practices across the Group. In this Line 2 Risk role, you will provide pragmatic, independent risk and compliance advice to business stakeholders, executives and boards. You will help enhance risk and compliance frameworks, support sound risk-based decision making, and ensure HUB24 continues to meet its regulatory obligations while achieving its strategic objectives. Can be based in Sydney or Melbourne. **What you’ll be doing** * Provide risk and compliance advice across a broad range of risk classes.* Partner with business leaders to support effective risk-based decision making.* Enhance and maintain risk and compliance frameworks, policies and practices.* Support risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting activities.* Contribute to Board, Executive and Risk Committee reporting.* Build strong relationships across the business to embed risk culture and accountability.* Deliver risk and compliance training and awareness initiatives.* Support the ongoing maturity of HUB24's three lines of accountability model. **What you bring** You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success. **Experience & Skills** * Degree qualified in law, finance, business or a related discipline.* Experience in risk, compliance or governance within financial services.* Strong understanding of financial services regulatory obligations.* Exposure to managed investment schemes, wrap/platform products, superannuation or financial advice environments.* Ability to influence stakeholders and provide constructive challenge.* Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship management skills.* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. **Our process** We aim to keep the process simple and respectful of your time:* You’ll receive an acknowledgement after applying.* Our Talent team will review your application and keep you updated.* If shortlisted, we’ll connect to learn more about you.* Interviews may be virtual or in person.* You’ll receive an outcome and feedback.If you need any adjustments, please let us know - we’re here to support you. **Our commitment**We’re committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported to do their best work.
