Practitioners work within a modern facility featuring nine consulting rooms and a fully equipped, modernized treatment room. Operating as a bulk billing clinic, the practice provides a competitive remuneration package of 65% to 75% of billings alongside a minimum income guarantee to ensure a smooth transition. The incoming GP will inherit a robust, established patient base of 40 to 50 patients per day while enjoying full clinical autonomy.
