Expression of Interest – Perri Cutten Assistant Store Managers | VIC

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support our retail operations.

Responsibilities

• In conjunction with the Store Manager, manage the running of the store.
• Lead, coach and develop the team.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers.
• Drive sales and ensure the achievement of all KPIs as set by the company.
• Create an inspirational, supportive, and informative environment for your team.
• Implement promotional and visual merchandising initiatives as directed.
• Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained.
• Create employee rosters and manage employee time recording and hours.
• Process and replenish stock.

Qualifications

• A genuine love and understanding of our brand.
• An experienced leader with great mentoring and coaching skills and the ability to inspire your team.
• Previous experience in retail management in a retail fashion store (highly desirable).
• Ability to cultivate a team environment of trust, motivation and accountability to maximise performance.
• Lead by example by creating memorable, honest and genuine customer connections.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Passionate about fashion with strong visual merchandising and styling skills.
• A desire for continuous improvement.
• Availability to work a Sunday‑Thursday roster.
