Paxon is seeking a professional, reliable and client-focused Office Administrator for a permanent full-time role located in Perth CBD.

  • Perth, WAOpen job description : Office Administrator - Perth
  • Key Responsibilities include :
  • Front-of-house reception duties include meeting and greeting clients
  • Preparation and management of the meeting room facilities
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Managing the kitchens
  • Monthly invoicing
  • Preparing and sending client correspondence
  • General secretarial support including preparing client correspondence, photocopying, scanning and binding
  • General office administration duties

Skills and Experience :

  • A high degree of professionalism
  • Previous administration experience in a professional services firm (highly regarded)
  • Excellent client manner
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
  • A demonstrated commitment to excellence in client service
  • Personable and approachable at all times
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Strong organisational skills, time management skills and attention to detail
