About the Role

This role is primarily located at Foyer Bars ; as an Attendant, you will be integral to creating remarkable experiences where you place the customer first by creating and delivering outstanding customer service.

Hours of work vary with a large proportion at night and on weekends to align with performances across our performing arts venues. This position is a fantastic opportunity for hospitality workers, with overtime conditions and fortnightly rosters in advance.

Casual role. Hourly rate of $32.87 inclusive of 25% casual loading plus superannuation

Key Dates

Successful candidates must be available for induction and training on 20th and 21stOctober 2026. Please note there are no alternative dates.

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful, you will be an enthusiastic and passionate individual, with:

• Experience in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current RSA Certificate
• Experience in cashless fast-paced bar environment advantageous
• Experience and knowledge of food handling standards and OHS compliance

About the Team

The Hospitality team sits within the Destination and Audience Pillar and is responsible for the service and delivery of all food and beverage related activity in Arts Centre Melbourne including the Theatres building, Hamer Hall and Sidney Myer Music Bowl.
