What You'll Do: Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food preparation and presentation. Prepare and create authentic Greek dishes using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Collaborate closely with our dedicated team to maintain efficient kitchen service and workflow. Contribute creative ideas for menu planning and special events. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety practices. What We're Looking For: A qualified chef with culinary training and experience in a professional kitchen, preferably with a focus on Mediterranean or Greek cuisine. Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen management. Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork in a small environment.
