Were an established property investment financeand property management group based in Cronulla with a 70 strong teamsignificant growth plans and a clear transformation agenda in motion.
Now were strengthening the engine behind it. Ourreporting our controls our systems and the way financial information drivesdecision-making across the group.
Why This Role Exists
Its a critical hire for the next phase of DPNsgrowth. Were deliberately separating strategy from execution in finance creatingclearer ownership with this role leading execution and contributing tostrategic outcomes.
This role exists to take full ownership of theoperational finance function so our CFO can focus on forward-looking growthcapital strategy and business performance.
As our Management Accountant / Finance Lead youll own the execution layerof finance across a multi-entity business. Reporting compliance controls andprocess. The work behind the scenes that gives leadership clarity andconfidence to scale.
Youll work directly with our CFO freeing themfrom day-to-day operations and enabling a sharper focus on strategy. Working with the Accounts Assistant to ensure accuracyconsistency evolution and continuous improvement in financial processes.
