The Role:

As part of our experienced multidisciplinary team, you will:

• Join a high-performing team of Speech Pathologists

• Travel across the Northern Territory supporting rural and regional communities

• Deliver assessments and therapy services to clients who genuinely need access to care

• Work collaboratively alongside Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and other allied health professionals

• Enjoy structured outreach travel with no last-minute scheduling

• Be supported by an experienced Speech Pathology Team Leader who champions your growth and wellbeing

Your Work Week:

• We believe great clinicians need balance.

• Enjoy a structured 4-day work week:

• Fridays off every week

• Mondays are dedicated “Ground Days” for admin, planning, collaboration, PD, and team connection

• Work from home or from the office on Ground Days

• 3 outreach days per week focused on quality care, not rushed appointments

• Overnight travel required (maximum 2 nights per week)

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Qualifications in Speech Pathology

• SPA registration (or eligibility)

• A willingness to travel and undertake overnight stays

• A current full driver’s licence
