This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new centre at Harmony Graceville from the very beginning and help shape the culture, community and family experience from day one.

Looking for More Than a Traditional Administration Role?

This role is perfect for an experienced early childhood professional who enjoys building relationships with families but still wants to remain connected to children, educators and daily centre life.

While you will lead family engagement, enrolments and front-of-house operations you will also be an active part of our centre community, working alongside the leadership team to create an exceptional experience for children and families.

Whether you are an experienced Assistant Director, Educational Leader, Lead Educator or a Relationship Manager looking to grow your career this role offers the opportunity to develop your leadership capability while remaining closely connected to the day-to-day operation of the service.

As Relationship Manager you will be the person families trust most.

You Will

• Welcome every child and family with warmth, professionalism and genuine care.
• Build strong, lasting relationships that support enrolments, retention and a sense of belonging.
• Champion communication that is clear, respectful and family-focused.
• Support families through onboarding, transitions, bookings and daily enquiries.
• Partner closely with the Centre Director to support occupancy growth and family engagement.
• Be visible within the centre, building relationships with children, families and educators.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support the successful opening of a brand-new service.

About You

You are warm, confident and organised with a natural ability to connect with people and build trust.

About Graceville?

Opening in 2026, Harmony Graceville will be a purpose-built centre catering for up to 126 children (birth–5 years). Located at 293 Honour Avenue, the centre will operate 6:30am – 6:30pm, offering a welcoming and inspiring environment for children, families, and educators alike.
