The key focus of this role is to embed effective Line 1 risk management practices across the Marketing & Growth business unit, aligned to UniSuper's Enterprise Risk Framework. You will deliver practical risk insights, support informed decisions, and strengthen risk awareness across day‑to‑day operations and change initiatives.
You bring strong operational risk experience and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to improve how risk is understood and managed. You are analytical, confident influencing others, and motivated by delivering clear, data‑driven insights.
