We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead Veterinarian to help guide and grow our talented team.

The Opportunity:
As Clinical Lead Veterinarian, you will play a pivotal role in shaping both the clinical direction and team culture of the hospital. This position offers the perfect balance of hands-on clinical work and leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for a veterinarian ready to take the next step in their career.
You will have the opportunity to:

About You:
We are looking for a veterinarian who is:
Experienced in small animal general practice (minimum 5 years preferred)
Confident in both medicine and surgery
Passionate about mentoring and developing others
A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues
Committed to delivering high-quality, collaborative veterinary care
Eligible for full registration with the NSW Veterinary Practitioners Board
