Join the team at Findex on a 12-month max term contract basis and take ownership of front‑of‑house operations across our AU and NZ offices. Leading a team of Corporate Receptionists, you will set the tone for service excellence, build strong relationships with business leaders, and ensure every interaction reflects the very best of Findex.

Your role, your contribution

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Corporate Receptionists
• Own front‑of‑house operations, standards and procedures
• Be the primary escalation point for front desk and facilities
• Partner with business leaders on VIP visitor and event requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in client service and office presentation
• Manage scheduling, rostering and coverage across all locations

What you bring to the role

• Proven experience in a senior reception, front‑of‑house or EA/PA or office management role
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in a corporate environment
• Previous proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace management systems
• Essential knowledge of WH&S requirements for office and reception environments
