We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Brand & Campaign Lead to help bring our brand strategy to life through integrated campaigns, customer communications and cross‑channel execution.
Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, this role acts as the operational lead of the Brand team - translating strategy into clear, customer‑focused campaigns that drive engagement, traffic and sales across our national network.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment and enjoys balancing creativity with commercial outcomes.
You will play a key role in planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital, social, CRM and trade channels.
You will work cross‑functionally with Digital & eCommerce, Retail, Buying and external agency partners to ensure campaigns are aligned, executed seamlessly and commercially effective.
You are a collaborative and commercially aware marketer with strong campaign execution capability and a passion for customer experience and brand storytelling.
Experience working across integrated campaigns, retail marketing or digital customer journeys will be highly regarded.
