Responsibilities

• Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilizing a person-centered approach
• Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values
• Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families
• Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard

Required qualifications and experience

• Recognised tertiary qualification and current Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration.
• Police check.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in aged care is required.
