Senior Customer Service Officer

The Company

We're partnering with a well-established supplier of branded food products to some of the biggest names in food manufacturing and retail, including : Unilever, General Mills, Bidfood, PFD, Woolworths, Coles, Costco and Aldi.

They are now seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer to join a tight-knit, high-performing team. You'll work alongside a Business Development Representative and report to the Sales & Marketing Manager - playing a vital role in managing B2B client relationships, order processing, and service delivery.

Role Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries relating to orders, product availability and delivery timelines
• Processing customer orders received via phone, email and EDI systems with a high level of accuracy
• Manage end-to-end order processing, including EDI monitoring, order confirmations, ETAs, inventory allocation and warehouse coordination
• Resolve order, delivery and shipment issues, including escalations, with full ownership and a solutions-focused approach
• Proactively communicate with customers to clarify requirements, manage changes or delays, and build strong stakeholder relationships
• Maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, and support critical incidents or outages when required
