As a Data Analytics Senior Consultant specialising in Payroll compliance, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients identify and remediate breaches against an employer’s Enterprise Agreement, Modern Award, National Employment Standards or jurisdictional based long service leave legislation.
We’re looking for a passionate data analyst driven by purpose and precision to make a real difference in people’s lives. Wage compliance isn’t just about numbers, it’s about making sure every worker receives their fair entitlements.
You will be leveraging your experience in business analysis, data investigation, and analytic skills to identify, investigate, quantify, and report on wage underpayment matters.
Working with a diverse team of data analysts and subject matter specialists, your work will help uncover discrepancies, support ethical business practices, and uphold the rights of workers across Australia.
Desired tertiary qualifications in a combination of business disciplines (e.g., finance, accounting, law) and technical disciplines (e.g., engineering, IT, computing).
