About the role:

• Partner with business leaders to manage operating expenditure and headcount.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and ongoing analysis of workforce costs.
• Deliver clear financial insights to support commercial decision-making.
• Monitor actual performance against budget, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on vacancies, recruitment and resourcing.
• Support month-end reporting, including accruals, variances and cost reviews.
• Improve financial models, reporting tools and workforce planning processes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and promote financial accountability.

About you:

• Proven experience in financial business partnering, budgeting and forecasting within a complex organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse headcount, workforce and operating cost trends.
• Advanced financial modelling and reporting skills, with strong Excel and data analysis capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders and communicate financial insights clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline and CA, CPA or CIMA qualification (completed or working towards) highly regarded.
