We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Warehouse Pick & Pack Associate to join our IT warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing IT products for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Pick products accurately based on customer orders and shipping requirements.

Pack IT equipment, accessories, and components securely to ensure safe transportation and delivery.

Perform quality checks to verify correct items, quantities, and product condition before dispatch.

Assist with inventory management, stock counting, and reporting discrepancies.

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (where certified).

Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory within designated storage locations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Follow company health, safety, and operational procedures at all times.

Requirements

Previous warehouse, logistics, or pick-and-pack experience preferred.

Ability to lift and move packages safely and stand for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems is an advantage.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Basic math skills for inventory and order verification.

Experience handling IT hardware, networking equipment, or electronic devices is a plus.
