About the Practice:
Our client located 30 mins east of Melbourne was established over 50 years ago and has evolved into a large, successful surgery with a team of 8 dentists.
When you join this team you will work as part of a supportive team of highly skilled dentists collegues and nurses dedicated to delivering comfortable and high-quality dental care.
This clinic is currently offering a permanent full-time position with competitive compensation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and manage the daily operations of the clinic.
Covering a wide range of dental services, implants, fixed orthodontics, invisalign, oral surgery, crown & bridge.
Key tasks and responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:
- Proven capability to manage staff, patients, and visitors effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on cultural awareness and teamwork.
- Emphasis on process improvement, with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Overseeing stock orders and staff scheduling.
- Supporting marketing activities, including generating ideas and coordinating with the marketing manager.
- Managing financial aspects, such as linking patient statistics to revenue generation, emphasizing patient and marketing monitors for success measurement, tracking billings, and managing petty cash.
- Ensuring operational compliance by adhering to standard operating procedures and providing accurate monthly reports on KPI adherence.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years previous experience working as a practice manager
- A go getter personality with a can do approach
- Exceptional leadership skills
- A passion for the dental industry and patient care
