Founding Credit Manager: Build & Lead Scalable Lending

Skyso is looking for a Founding Credit Manager to oversee the credit function, focusing on secured personal and auto lending. You will lead the assessment of loan applications, manage deals through to settlement, and ensure compliance with credit policies.

This hands-on role requires substantial experience in credit assessment and will involve significant interaction with brokers and sales teams. The role is based in central Newcastle, with a hybrid work model expected.
