Customer Service Coordinator

The Opportunity:

We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing organisation based in Dandenong South to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys managing customer relationships, coordinating orders and working closely with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
You will be a key point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and orders from initial request through to delivery while liaising closely with sales, warehouse, logistics and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
• Process and coordinate customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
• Provide customers with updates on orders, stock availability and delivery timeframes
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics, sales and operations teams
• Prepare quotes, invoices, order confirmations and relevant documentation
• Proactively follow up outstanding orders and assist with resolving customer issues
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing and order information within internal systems
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Provide general customer service and administrative support as required

About You:

• Previous SAP experience is essential
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or a similar role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience managing customer orders from end to end
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence managing multiple customer requests and competing priorities
• Previous experience within manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, FMCG or another product-based environment is highly regarded
• A proactive, positive and team-focused approach

The Benefits:

• $70,000–$80,000 + Superannuation depending on experience
