As the Retail Coach, you will partner with our Boutique Leaders and Client Advisors community to train the art of premium in‑store experiences and clienteling skills. Lead from the front to mentor and develop teams while ensuring sales and service standards are consistently upheld across the market. Your goal is to create exceptional Tiffany Brand Ambassadors who are knowledgeable about the brand’s heritage, product range and who have a strategic approach to client engagement and retention.
