Dental Receptionist Bayside

Job Summary

Dental Receptionist (Part‑Time, Permanent) – 2 positions (Victoria Point & Capalaba), 3–4 days per week on a 7‑day roster. Dental experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and managing appointments
• Handling patient enquiries and phone calls
• Processing payments and health fund claims
• Supporting administrative functions across the centre
• Learning dental systems and sterilisation (Steri) processes as required
• Working collaboratively with clinicians and support teams

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous reception, administration, medical or allied health experience
• Friendly, professional and patient‑focused approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Flexible and reliable with availability across the week
• Willingness to learn Steri processes and broaden skill set
