Job Description
As a Personal Banking Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming our customers to Westpac and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide them with tailored banking solutions. You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in-person and over the phone – and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This is a rewarding role which will see your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every day!
This is a part-time, branch-based role and the hours are:
What do I need?
No banking experience? No problem. Your vibrant personality, eagerness to learn and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service are key to excel in this role. At Westpac, we’re committed to your success from day one. You will receive comprehensive training on our banking products and services and our supportive team will provide hands-on guidance and resources to help you master everything you need to flourish in your new role.
