Location - Arndell Park

Salary - $35/hour

Employment Type - Casual

Shift Time - 7am start

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced administration assistant and support to the Service Centre Administrator and Service Centre Technicians, to join our client's busy team in Arndell Park.

You MUSThave administration experience with a minimum of 1 years experience

You MUSTbe willing to carry out the tasks listed below

You MUSTbe a permanent resident of Australia. Student & Working Visas will NOT be considered:

KEY TASKS

  • Checking returns from various freight companies and segregating Current Tools, Warranties and Service Orders
  • Unpacking returned service orders
  • Checking and validating tools returned for repairs
  • Receive service orders, ensuring all information is correct
  • Place like for like tools onto technician trolleys
  • Date each trolley with receival dates
  • Process replacement orders in full
  • Any ad-hoc functions which offer assistance to the Service Centre Administrator and Technicians

REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher School Certificate
  • Experience with MS Windows, MS Office Suite and MS Outlook is required
  • Positive oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Able to multitask
  • Customer Focussed
  • High attention to detail

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
