We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate female caregiver to join our on-demand workforce in providing home and community care services in Greensborough VIC. This is a casual position with an hourly rate pay type, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those in need.
Job Responsibilities:- Providing personal care and support to clients in their homes
- Assisting with daily tasks such as grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
- Engaging clients in social activities and companionship
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients at all times
- Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Must be a female caregiver with a genuine passion for helping others
- Must have a full Australian driver's license and access to a car for transport
- Must have a valid police check
- Prior experience in home and community care is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
