Property Manager – High-Volume, Premium Portfolio

Gough Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager for a role based in Brisbane, Australia. In this position, you will manage an extensive portfolio of around 150 properties while building relationships with landlords, tenants, and trades. You will also navigate tenancy matters and ensure compliance with Queensland legislation.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential Property Management and a current QLD Real Estate Certificate. A customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills are essential for delivering premium service.
