  • Collaborate across teams to deliver high quality service that supports clients in acquiring, managing, protecting, commercialising, enforcing and defending their IP rights.

  • Exposure to a range of IP work such as contentious patents, trademarks, copyright, confidential information, designs, licensing and M&A transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate work and supervise junior lawyers.

  • Leave benefits: additional annual leave purchases, inclusive and flexible parental leave policy (26 weeks paid for all employees), executive coaching for transition.
  • International opportunities through our alliance with Linklaters, enabling secondments to overseas offices.
  • Recognition initiatives: team‑based celebrations, contribution‑based rewards, and annual Allens Values Awards.
