Strategic Human Capital Lead: Mining Operations

Mogi I/O is seeking an experienced HR Manager based in Brisbane, Australia, to establish and lead the human resources function for a large-scale remote mining operation. The successful candidate will oversee workforce planning, recruitment, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement to support operational readiness.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HR experience, particularly in mining or construction, and excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Regular travel to Papua New Guinea is expected.
