Lead, Inspire and Elevate Training Excellence in a Growing RTO

At TLC Healthcare, we are looking for a high-impact RTO Training Manager to lead our Registered Training Organisation and build a high-performing, future-focused learning function.
This is your opportunity to shape workforce capability, drive compliance excellence, and make a real impact on healthcare outcomes.
Reporting to the General Manager – RTO, you will lead all aspects of training delivery across nationally recognised qualifications and short courses.
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong RTO leadership experience and a passion for developing people and systems.
