Job description

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented General Clerk to join our team at Top Drivers Hub in Australia. This is an entry-to-mid level administrative role perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, scanning, and managing both physical and digital records.
  2. Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in our systems and spreadsheets.
  3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and courier packages.
  4. Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  5. Assist with preparing documents, reports, invoices, and other office paperwork.
  6. Organise and maintain office supplies inventory.
  7. Support the coordination of deliveries, package tracking, and basic logistics tasks.
  8. Perform general office duties such as photocopying, binding, and archiving documents.
  9. Help with basic customer service and administrative tasks related to driver and package operations.
  10. Ensure all work is completed with high accuracy and in line with company procedures.
  11. Undertake other reasonable duties as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a clerical, administrative, or office support role is preferred but not essential.
  2. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Good organisational and time management abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  7. Right to work in Australia.
  8. Professional attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
