Our client in Dandenong is seeking an organised and customer‑focused Aftermarket Service Coordinator to support the delivery of aftermarket products and services. This role suits someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, service coordination, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with customers to ensure timely service delivery
Initiate and action AirCover service requirements
Raise system requests for AirCover and breakdown servicing
Allocate jobs with the Regional Service Coordinator
Manage incoming enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships
Create and update contracts/agreements in the system
Support Regional Service Managers with service issues and reporting
Act as first point of contact for service customers
Provide back‑up support during coordinator absences
Contribute to a safe working environment through risk assessments and correct equipment use
About You
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident with SAP, Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, and databases
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to prioritise, multitask, and work independently
Analytical, proactive, and solutions‑focused
Experience in a Customer Care Centre is beneficial
