About the Opportunity
Based in Badgingarra, Genus are seeking local Site Support Attendants to join our team and support delivery of the Parron Wind Farm Project.

We are specifically seeking candidates based in Cervantes, Jurien Bay, and surrounding local communities, as this role is not site based and requires daily attendance on site.

Genus has been engaged to deliver Design & Construct (D&C) high-voltage infrastructure works, including civil, electrical, and structural works associated with a 330kV High-Capacity Western Power Transmission Terminal Station.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Greeting team members and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
• Transporting team members and completing vehicle checks, pre-starts, refuelling, and cleaning
• Maintaining housekeeping across common areas, amenities, offices, and ablution blocks
• Providing relief administration support including calls, documentation preparation, filing, and general errands

About you
You’re a proactive, organised, customer‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performing site environment.

You will bring:

• Experience as a general hand or cleaner
• Valid C‑Class Driver’s Licence and National Police Clearance
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and a can‑do attitude

Desirable:

• Experience in utilities, construction, or resources
• First Aid Certificate, HR Licence, or F‑Class endorsement
