We’re looking for an Insurance Broker / Account Executive who loves building relationships, managing renewals and diving into policy wordings to deliver real value. If you enjoy understanding products, comparing coverage and working closely with clients, this is the role where you’ll thrive.
You’ll step into an established portfolio of long‑standing clients, supported by a dedicated admin and offshore processing team - giving you more time for strategy and technical development.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and retain an existing portfolio of commercial clients
- Conduct renewal reviews and provide strategic insurance advice
- Analyse policy wordings, compare products and identify coverage gaps
- Negotiating with insurers to achieve competitive outcomes
- Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities
- Work closely with our support team to ensure a smooth client journey
- Stay up to date with market developments, emerging risks and new products
About You
You’re a broker who enjoys both people and policy detail. You communicate well, build trust quickly, and take pride in understanding how coverage works.
- An experienced Account Executive or Insurance Broker
- An Assistant Broker ready to step up (Minimum 2 years’ experience in industry)
- Someone with strong commercial insurance experience seeking more autonomy
Highly Regarded (Not Essential): Vietnamese Language Skills
We service a number of Vietnamese‑speaking clients. The ability to communicate in Vietnamese is highly valued, but not mandatory. If you’re bilingual and enjoy supporting clients in their preferred language, you’ll make an immediate impact.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in industry
- Experience managing commercial insurance clients
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Interest in policy analysis and product discovery
- High attention to detail and follow‑through
- Ability to manage renewals and portfolios independently
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
