With a national footprint, an expanding product range and ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for an experienced Supply Planning Manager to lead our planning capability and play a pivotal role in ensuring the right products are in the right place, at the right time.
Reporting to the General Manager – Retail Operations & Logistics, this is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on balancing strategy with effective operational execution and enjoys driving continuous improvement across forecasting, inventory and supply chain performance in a fast paced retail environment.

About the Role
As Supply Planning Manager, you will lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and be responsible for forecasting, inventory optimisation and planning execution across the business. You will work closely with logistics, commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure service levels are maintained while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You are a commercially minded supply chain professional with strong analytical capability and proven leadership experience. You enjoy solving complex problems with a solutions focussed mindset, influencing stakeholders and implementing practical solutions that deliver results.
You Will Bring
5+ years’ experience in retail, FMCG, transport or logistics supply chain planning, demand planning, inventory management or a related discipline.
Experience leading and developing planning teams.
Strong understanding of S&OP processes, forecasting and inventory optimisation.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Experience with ERP systems and supply chain technologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong project management capability and a continuous improvement mindset.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.
