Here you'll be responsible for the end to end payroll processing on a monthly and weekly basis, including the interpretation of EBA's and awards, new starters and terminations, payroll tax and everything in between.* Review and submission of weekly and monthly pay run* Maintain, update, and verify payroll records, including new hires, terminations, rate changes, and deductions.* Investigate and resolve incoming customer queries* SOX compliance process to ad hoc improvement projects* Previous payroll experience ideally in a large corporate environment in Australia* Proven Excel ability and technologically savvy* Experience using Dayforce and Workday is highly desirable* Detail-oriented, proactive and enthusiastic* Possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to explain complex payroll matters to employees with patience and clarity.* Ability to meet deadlines and contribute to company accounting initiatives* Experienced in running diverse and complicated pay runs that have to adhere to modern awards and EBA's**Why News Corp Australia**Join a culture where innovation is our operating rhythm.
