Are you an experienced Product Owner with deep Identity & Access Management (IAM) expertise and a proven track record delivering complex technology transformations?
The Opportunity
Our client, a leading Australian organisation, is undertaking a strategic IAM Platform Migration as part of a broader enterprise transformation. This high‑profile initiative will determine and implement the future IAM platform across the organisation, providing a unique opportunity to influence technology strategy and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of the IAM platform selection and migration program.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define product vision, priorities and delivery outcomes.
- Support the evaluation and selection of the future IAM platform through the RFP decision‑making process.
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive successful migration from existing IAM platforms to the selected solution.
- Facilitate decision‑making and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
- Ensure delivery outcomes meet business objectives, compliance requirements and customer needs.
About You
- Extensive Product Owner experience within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) expertise.
- Proven experience delivering IAM integrations and platform migrations.
- Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity or similar IAM solutions.
- Strong project delivery and program execution capability.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to balance business outcomes with delivery priorities.
- Ability to operate comfortably across both strategic and hands‑on delivery activities.
- Insurance industry experience.
- RFP evaluation and vendor selection processes.
- Human‑Centred Design methodologies.
- Business process improvement and transformation initiatives.
