Job description

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer for an upcoming temporary assignment with a well-established Australian manufacturer that has spent over 50 years supplying high‑quality products to the food service and food manufacturing sectors.

The focus of this role is accurately entering, validating, and managing financial and administrative data while supporting smooth office operations and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Duties

  • Completing associated administrative tasks, including filing, archiving, document matching, and general office support.
  • Managing email and phone communication with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries.
  • Entering and validating supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment processing.
  • Raising purchase orders and receipting goods/services in the ERP / CRM system.
  • Assisting the admin / office manager in AP and AR data entry related tasks.
  • Record and apply customer payments, including checks, EFT / DD and credit card payments.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with intermediate MS Excel capability.
  • Confident using ERP/financial management systems, including ODOO, as well as Microsoft Outlook.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or business support role.
  • Certificate III in Business Administration is preferred but not essential.
  • Manage workflow effectively, and maintain consistent, high‑quality output.
  • Availability to commence on 20/7/26.
