We're partnering with a fast-growing womenswear brand that's continuing to expand both locally and internationally. With a strong direct-to-consumer focus and multiple Shopify stores, they're looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Senior eCommerce Manager to take ownership of their online performance and customer experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes Shopify and thrives on using data, optimisation and customer insights to drive revenue. You'll work closely with senior leadership and collaborate across marketing, creative and development teams to continuously improve the online shopping experience while owning the day-to-day management of the ecommerce channel.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of the ecommerce function, driving performance across multiple Shopify stores with a strong focus on:
Conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
Revenue growth and average order value (AOV)
Site merchandising and customer journey optimisation
Shopify management and app integrations
Email and SMS lifecycle marketing
Trading performance, reporting and continuous optimisation
