Reporting to & being mentored 1:1 by a top calibre Personal Injury Law Partner with a flourishing diverse practice, you will relish the challenge+ satisfaction+ rewards of fighting for justice for your plaintiff clients in respect of primarily
Workers compensation & TAC (motor vehicle accidents) claims. You will have carriage of your own files + direct client relationships with back-up top mentorship and support.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- Are an admitted lawyer in Victoria ;
- have MINIMUM 2 years (or more) plaintiff personal injury law experience in 1) workers compensation & TAC(motor accidents).
- have a strong technical knowledge of relevant laws/legislation/case law+ legal drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills;
- are ambitious, dead-line driven, client-centric & proactive;
- have proven ability to manage your own files day to day and work in a fast-paced busy work environment;
- are hungry to accelerate your career long-term with a 1st-class national plaintiff firm.
