Lead the Accounts Function for a Growing Strata Management Business
Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a stable long-term role where youll be trusted to manage the finance function and become a valued member of a close-knit team
Our client is a well-established Canberra Strata Management company that manages more than 250 strata communities throughout the ACT. Due to the retirement of a long-term employee an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their professional team.
Working alongside the Managing Director and a supportive team of 10 youll receive a thorough handover from the outgoing Bookkeeper to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration for a large portfolio of strata entities.

Experience within Strata Management or Property Management would be highly regarded but is not essential.
