As an Analyst - Retail Transformation reporting directly to the Head of Retail Transformation Delivery you will track and evaluate transformation impacts across key metrics to provide data-driven insights; developing and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards to monitor performance.

You will partner cross-functionally with Merchandise Finance and Format teams to gather and interpret complex data sources translating findings into actionable inputs for strategic decision-making.

• Data & Insights: Collect clean and interpret project-level execution data to assess progress and inform strategic decisions and prioritization.
• Detailed Project-Level Tracking: Support Finance lead/s to track program performance against financial and operational metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Merchandise Finance Customer and Format teams to gather validate and interpret different data sources as an input to strategic decision-making.
• Performance & Governance Analytics: Implement effective ways to measure performance and real-time impact during high-impact change periods.
• Participate in the governance and compliance of programs by providing insight-driven data for program monitoring.

Qualifications :

Now lets talk about you:

• 24 years of experience in data analytics financial modeling or business intelligence.
• A proven track record of translating complex data into insights preferably within the retail or FMCG sectors.
• You demonstrate a clear ability to handle large datasets track program metrics and build actionable user-friendly reporting dashboards.
• You possess exceptional communication skills with the ability to coordinate and extract data from multiple cross-functional teams.
• You can successfully align data and insights for effective decision-making with positive North Star scorecard results.
• You are comfortable working closely with internal business partners including Leadership teams Cross-Functional GMs Stream Leads and the National Operations teams as well as external customers contractors and consultants.
