An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to take ownership of a busy, high-performing used vehicle department within one of the Illawarra's leading automotive groups.
This role is ideal for an established automotive leader who enjoys driving results, coaching sales teams and building a profitable used vehicle operation.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of a high-volume used vehicle department, with responsibilities including:
Leading, mentoring and developing an established sales team.
Driving sales volume, gross profit and departmental performance.
Managing vehicle stock, pricing and merchandising.
Desking deals and supporting negotiations.
Maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction and compliance.
Working closely with senior leadership to achieve business objectives.
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
Previous experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or a highly capable Assistant Sales Manager ready for the next step.
Strong used vehicle retail experience within a dealership environment.
Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
Commercial awareness with proven results in volume and profitability.
High levels of energy, accountability and professionalism.
Current driver's licence.
