The Facility
The hospital is the principal regional referral centre for north-west Victoria, delivering comprehensive surgical and perioperative services to a large cross-border population.
The Anaesthetics Department supports a broad range of specialties including general surgery, orthopaedics, obstetrics and gynaecology, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, endoscopy, and emergency surgery. The department also provides perioperative assessment, obstetric anaesthesia, acute pain management, and critical care support. Equipped with modern operating theatres and supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, the service offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinical leader to influence departmental strategy, strengthen workforce capability, and shape the future direction of anaesthetic services within a progressive regional health service.

The Requirements
- Hold AHPRA specialist registration
- Hold FANZCA
- Have previous leadership experience
- Strong interest in regional medicine
