Looking for your next Speech Pathology opportunity?

Stream Healthcare is working with a variety of established and growing Allied Health organisations across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, with opportunities available for Speech Pathologists at all stages of their careers — from early career clinicians through to experienced practitioners and leaders.

Whether your passion lies in paediatrics, adult services, or a combination of client groups, we have roles available that can be tailored to your clinical interests, experience, and career goals.

Opportunities Across Melbourne

Multiple positions are currently available across Melbourne CBD and surrounding metropolitan suburbs, with flexible working arrangements and a variety of service settings on offer.

About the Role

Depending on the position and your area of interest, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Complete comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based intervention across speech, language, communication, swallowing and/or feeding.
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy programs based on each client's needs, goals and developmental stage.
  • Work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, collaborating with families, carers and other professionals.
  • Deliver services across a range of environments, including clinics, schools, homes, community settings and residential facilities.
  • Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and participate in ongoing professional development.
  • For experienced clinicians, there are also opportunities to take on senior and leadership responsibilities.

What’s on Offer?

  • $80,000–$130,000 + super, depending on experience.
  • Up to $2,000 annual professional development allowance.

What You’ll Need

  • A recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Current and unrestricted Australian working rights.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for community-based roles.
  • National Police Check, Working With Children Check and NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • A genuine passion for supporting people living with disability to achieve meaningful outcomes and greater independence.
